Our founder, Travis Holland, served overseas with the Australian Special Air Service Regiment (SAS) to help create a safer world, to make a difference, and to go above and beyond for the greater good.

Travis is passionate about workplace safety. He has presented at more than 30 industry events, advocating for safer work practices, and his staff safety program on managing challenging and aggressive behaviours has been delivered to over 20,000 workers across Australia.

Under Australian law, all organisations are required to ensure their workers are safe at all times and in all locations. Beyond compliance, safer staff are also happier, more confident, and perform to a higher standard.
